Had a new wood burning stove fitted today,  following a free visit at home from Matt to discuss my options. Prompt, excellent service, clean & tidy. Dave was very professional & knowledgeable & explained everything I needed to know about owning a brand new stove.
Would highly recommend using this company again & will be , for future flue sweeping & servicing.

What a wonderful company!! Would thoroughly recommend using them. Service was absolutely excellent from start to finish.
Matt went above and beyond to help us as we had just moved into a property and the heating system was broken.  He did the installation of our wood burning stove as soon as they were able, so we could be warm, for which we cannot thank him enough.  Their team of installers, Kevin and Harvey were very professional and a credit to the company left everything clean and tidy and demonstrated the fire working.  Left us with a lovely warm fire.

Having just moved to Sidbury near Sidmouth we needed to replace our beyond awful red brick monstrosity of a fireplace. Not as easy as you might think. We did out home work got a few quotes and to be honest we were being told that its would be a difficult install, which was being reflected in the prices. One place even said it was impossible to instal. In shear desperation we heard of the stove company tucked away in an industrial estate in Dunkeswell. The owner popped over to do a quick survey. We expected the same old story. Difficult instal, Expensive. We were pleasantly surprised at his positive "can do" attitude. Within an hour we were in the showroom two weeks later the guys turned up. In just over a day my old red brick monster was gone and its its place an inset stove with new mantle and hearth. The fitters were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Good job done, few communication problems but great job done.

The Stove Company offer an end to end service that I found faultless from the site inspection and quote to the installation.

I am really happy with the stove installed and the helpful, zero-bull approach taken by everyone I dealt with there.

If I could give more stars I would!! The installation of my wood burner exceeded expectations. I was recommended by my next door neighbour and the result there was excellent. The work here was carried out efficiently and expertly and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each of the three days they were here. These guys are absolutely incredible. Their work ethic and standard is beyond anything I've seen. Their attention to detail and willingness to ensure that the outcome (including anything unexpected in your chimney!) is perfect. They advised me on a beautiful stove and made excellent creative decisions as they uncovered the natural shape of my fire place. They adapted to work with the curved original brickwork and plastered to the highest standard around it.. I just loved this company! They were super polite, efficient, friendly and able to think creatively on the job. Fantastic company, highly recommend, great communication from start to finish.
I've just had a multi burning stove installed in my 3 story town house it looks amazing!
The guys installing my stove were friendly, tidy, and professional, they cleaned everything up and left no mess.
A really happy customer!
